Quite frankly, I couldn't care less if he was forced to live on the streets and eat sewage. He has no respect for anyone.

As for shambles, HAY GURL!!!...although she is a mess, she can't be blamed for all of the service failures.

He not only pissed off the VF Fliers, and the elites, but employees with all the added non rev fees.
It is a welcomed departure. It will be interesting if Andrew will make any effort to meet with the elites, and mend fences, return the bonus miles, and eliminate all the silly fees that have been put in place.
