More shifts at the sand castle

I hope he is better at the intricacies at bio tech than he is with an airline res. systems.
My gawd, what a POS system.
I would imagine that peoples lives would depend on his "expertise".
All though, they did before, but not in the same "urgency".
I wonder if he cares for anyone at all.

LeSueur. Hmm...
To quote my grandfather, spoken in a heavy NC accent: "That boy is as useless as chicken sh1t on a pump handle."

I never saw him actually DO anything, except grin like possum.

He had some words like "culture" and "integration" in his title(s) along the way.
Clearly, that effort has failed. There ain't no "culture" in Tempe and these airlines are far from "integrated."

Oh, wait, he did do something. He lost weight.

Well George W would certainly fit into Doug's circle rather well, but Dickie is probably going to Dubai where he's moving his beloved Halliburton--beyond the reach of the U.S. Justice system. A number of Halliburton actions and deals are "being studied" right now.

Are you really surprised? His resume is pretty light. From education to work experience. As far as I know, he has little formal training in sociology, psychology, public administration, or even business management.

Then again so much of the company is like that in managers and supervisors. Usually, the company gets education or experience, but rarely both. Either a great education with little experience (revenue management hiring recent college graduates from very good schools) who leave once they get some experience in large part due to substandard pay; or they get someone who has worked within the company for awhile in a front line position, being slowly promoted upwards, but lack a broader ability to problem solve as they lack a solid educational background.

The company is full of fluff and much of it needs to go, although LeSueur is less "fluffy" after his diet and exercise program. I heard that Subway is hiring though... Eat Fresh, Larry!

So Suggest Jester.

The "Clydesdales" you speak of are primarily employees that are unwilling to change and feel entitiled to some sort of great undeserved pay raise for the little work they actually do from what they are supposed to do. Have you taken a quick look at the economy in this country. Get off your high Clydesdale horse, roll up your sleeves and do what you are supposed to be doing... working... instead of whining like the 5 year olds in my daughter's kindergarten class.

Management stood by while the entire information infrastructure unraveled around them, under his direct authority.
The only person with direct authority is Parker. Having someone "take a bullet" for one is the height of cowardice.

Dang when I read the title...Moderators! THIS TITLE IS MISLEADING!

I was hoping they would give us more work shifts at the SandCastle :(
