More On Midatlantic

I agree.... i was furloughed June 4th along with the rest of my class
and no one has been called back or recieved a letter. A few of my
friends were furlughed Sept 1 as well and they haven't received anything
nor have they gotten a call. Those furloughed Sept 1 will be called back first!!
So who knows what has happened or whats going on.
I do know that i have had a few class mates that got hired by comair
last week. They will start training in mid oct and will be starting at
$19.45 an hour. 1.65 an hour perdium. Hell that beats MidAtlantic
up and down. I wish them well!

There are literally DOZENS of furloughed US Airways pilots, flight attendants, and dispatchers at Comair.
Seems quite a few people share your opinion and Comair appears to appreciate the experience they bring.

I went to the Local AFA office today...and to confirm about the call backs to MAA...NONE.....noone has been called yet. The flight Attendant instructors have'nt
even gone to training yet. They were scheduled to go late August...but it was pushed back to the beginning of Nov.....but, it may possibly get pushed back again. That isn't solid either...but as of now..the f/a instructors are to go to training somewhere around the 3rd of Nov..
Where does Comair have bases ???Sounds alot better than MidAtlantic.

That's one of the reasons that they're going to beat Comair at their own game, if they ever start up.........
