Folks,

Management will have to deal with the cost savings already given by Labor. If they don't know how to operate an airline, they will have to learn will fast cause they can't revisit the "well" again.

There is no such thing as another trip to Ch. 11 again for U as long as they have $2 Billion in the bank and owe on an ATSB loan. Trust that the government will not give U ONE MORE RED CENT OR GUARANTEE IF THEY SCREW THE TAX PAYERS JUST TO TAKE MORE COST SAVINGS IN BK. And I don't believe a BK judge in this country will have anymore tolerance for this management.

No siree, these folks won't go into BK, instead they will threaten that the "world will end" and our jobs will be gone, and BK will happen, and they will then threaten to take the scope language from the IAM and threaten the pilots with bringing down the aircraft to 245 if we as labor don't do this or that. And, they will once again attempt to use the same schemes, tactics, strategy of intimidation to get labor to beg for mercy.

Management has used up all their "trump cards" with labor; AIN'T GOING TO WORK!

As PER Pitbull comment: This is EXACTLY why this management team must vacate the property and let a team in that will actually run this airline, a real team that will make U profitable again. The deal of blaming labor is no longer working. Dave’s heavy handed attempt at crushing the labor force has failed, Dave himself has failed. Dave had his chance and has failed miserably with not only labor but our customers and the government who bailed his sad behind out. I hope the BOD comes to it’s senses very soon.

How could we as employees convince bronner to fire the so-called ceo of this outfit? Would another ch.11 or worse yet (hopefully not) ch.7 be more than enough to get rid of the gang of thieves of ccy? Also could us end up in ch.11 with the big loan they have to pay back to the ATSB?

We've seen them come and we've seen them go! CEO seems to be a temporary position while the employees just keep trudging along. Let's just hope there is enough left of this company to survive when decent leadership finally arrives.
