Missing Items In Luggage?

While everyone was so busy assuming rampers had nothing better to do than steal your clothes, an important factor was missed: Many times, those bags are not closed back up after search (either the TSA is busy and forgets, or they're lazy, depending on time/city). So as your Samsonite goes through the baggage matrix there's a good chance things can and will fall out. I can't tell you how many times bags come through to us open with their contents all over the belt behind them.

Well put Kev!!!

First of all I am not assuming that rampers stole my missing items. I am assuming that TSA did it.

Second, I doubt if my items fell out on the belt due to the fact that the note from TSA didn't fall out nor did any of my used/worn clothing or items. I think it would be very unlikely that my bag was flung onto the belt with the zipper open and only the new items with tags fell out. Especially since I packed them in the inside zippered pocket. Also my bag was zipped shut when I retrieved it. And lost and found did not have my items.
