Yes USAirways.  Like Air Whiskey and Republic loaned US some cash during BK for a piece of the Company, US did something similar with Mesa during their BK and received between 10-15 % of Mesa as not to disrupt the US system.  Not sure if US still holds a piece of Mesa or not at this point.
