It now appears that the remaining employees at US may get to work for a management team that is really trying to run a decent operation while at the same time treating the employee fairly and as humans. There is no doubt that this will and has lifted spirits. You "choose" to view/report this as improved relations. This is why you receive so much flak from other posters. Hence the reference "company mouthpiece". On my shift I interact with a large number of employees. Even with the lifted spirits they, like me, think our upper management are scumbags, and, look foward to the day the door hits them in the ***!.
