I always read people spouting off "we're the best employees in the industry", and I can't disagree with that with all the BS thats been rammed down our throats. But, it would be nice to see some creative thinking from those same employees on how to deal with the current problems this airline is facing. Luggage seems to be the one thing this airline just can't get a handle (no pun) on. Using a baggage loader belt to run the bags to the top of the jetway is friggin brilliant, it saves time and manpower.

I have a great idea....dump every 50 seat or less aircraft we have at this company get 200 emb 170/190's along with 300 narrowbody airbus and 50 widebody buses. That would be a great operation.

A bagbelt aimed at a jetway is not brilliant. The CRJ and ERJ were a decade fad used to sqeeze labor out of employees. Now that they can do it with the 170 the crj's days are numbered. I am very supprised the company is investing more into the 700/900. That airplane just does'nt work.
