Looking for coed crashpad/room for rent

I'm going to be on rsv in July and am looking for a spot in a crashpad that is coed or will accept a male fa. Or even a room for rent with kitchen privileges. Staying at the Quality Inn in Manheim for reserve is getting expensive. I'm a commuter and will be going home as often as possible. Thanks.
