Pretty bold statement considering that they almost voted in the union a year or so ago. I personally feel this time it happens. I worked alongside many 20 year+ AA agents who were very anti union and proud of it. They all voted no every time there was a representation election. They wont be voting in this election however as they were all shown the door in 2013 and replaced by contract agents.
I agree they would be stupid to stay non union. I hope you're right and they smarten up this time.
