Fight? What fight? They just ran to the judge like a child to momma.
 
yeah,but if you read several posts here with what transpired in court yesterday...seems judge mitchell isn't jumping exactly as U wants.
maybe he sees a scam to bust unions in progress.

One thing to keep in mind Lakefield is only the messenger. The real person pulling the strings is Dr David Bronner. IMO it seems to me that Bronner wants to become the new Carl Icahn.
