WeAA did you work the S80 turn that came from DFW the other day?

Throwback to your LGA/DFW days

Josh

I'm a "tug slug" now Josh. No Samsonites for the Weez at this juncture in time.

Thought you said KLoader/container work si for old fat and you wanted the workout of bulk loading the narrowbodies.

And the S80 requires a different tug

Josh

What concerns me on this at least for the moment is that on wages Delta did not announce any increases for next year? They "may" have put the breaks on direct compensation increases and are now transferring more to variable at risk (Profit) compensation.

Thinking of the business it's actually a smarter way to compensate but for the Employee direct wages is a much smarter option.

Well let's see now how AA Executives react to this news?
at worst, isn't this now Delta +7%. So, a 4% wage imputing from a negotiation perspective? Parker himself costed out this profit sharing as Delta +7% but then tweaked it to Delta +3% after the profit sharing was cut in half. This is good news for our negotiations and shows that the longer we wait the bigger the raise and leverage.

Thought I needed to give my body a little break. It's a short bid and then I'm going back to the grind stone.

At the very least it is compensation that needs to be considered in Negotiations now.
