Al I'm sorry I didn't get back to you but I was on a conference call about the early 2017 picketing schedule for the TWU. One date said "NYC rotation picket" I was absolutely clueless what that meant.

I was incredibly surprised that some other locals were planning to picket Local 501 to try and prevent future rotation of shifts once the JCBA went into effect.

You'll be happy that after much cajoling and heated debate myself and another were able to get that picket struck from the schedule as a horrible idea.
