The 2 unions agree that the PS comes as a freebie with nothing in return, so what do these dopes do?
They decide to lump it into a TA with all other items.
They could have simply signed a loa and it would be incorporated prior to the ta, and all would have been fine.
However, by attaching it to any ta, they are shamefully subjecting our PS to a ta vote. If a ta gets rejected then too bad for PS.
Also, if a ta isnt ratified prior to 2017 then we would risk losing the ps for this years end profits.
Thus, it appears that they anticipate a ta soon.
regards,
Thank you for the update Tim. Wikileaks in the room again.

Hey negotiators. Please listen to Tim. Even though he's never read my contract and gets his own and others wrong constantly. The man is a whip. Walking genius after he folds that laundry and sips some suds.

Is he  making this up or is it a fact?

Who knows with him? Maybe? Maybe not? I don't know who he talks to or why they even talk to him sometimes actually.

He's too multidirectional. Very Sybil like.

Dang Brother, I see why your defense of 700 is so strong. Condescend much?

That's good, delay a JCBA even more.
Go ask the PMUS Mechanic and related about how their last section 6 negotiations were tabled because of the IBT raid.
Then you can blame yourself for the $1,000 a month your losing.
A simpler solution...The IAM shouldve CONCEDED!!! like the other labor unions!

Brothers and Sisters. It's time to realize the past sacrifices and concessions, both LUS and AA, has taken, under the blanket of protection, provided by our current bankruptcy laws. We now face a merged operation that is making record profits while the current economic conditions exist. IMO... although, getting everything sacrificed back with this JCBA, is a just and noble cause, I believe it is unrealistic. The concessions of the past will take years and at least a couple of contracts to regain. The JCBA needs to jump start this recovery. Strike the iron while financial waters are favorable. Let's hang tough Brothers and Sisters!

Can we get back on topic? Had to scroll through a lot of white noise. Focus.

Weez I can't see the company going for it and why would the unions make an issue of it?

Nothing going on Bro, as W said, everything is wheel spinning. We all like to have some fun at each others expense periodically. Relax and join in, or give us some info on the updated negotiations. I haven't heard of any, have you?

The wants, need, predictions etc...have been thrown out here multiple times. It's time for some facts and direction of the negotiations and right now I do not believe anyone has any...SO, chit to kill time!

Let's clarify one important issue. The current JCBA talks verse normal Section 6 Collective Bargaining talks. Very big difference. The floor is open for discussion on the difference between the two. Let's first know the playing field we, as a collective group, are on. More importantly, what the options are for the company.

I have heard this a ton, especially from 700. Let me ask, is it better for us or the company that it's not section 6 and is JCBA?
