What's amazing is in the last to video's of the State of the Airline and Town Hall, Mr. Isom and others said they have had terrible problems with their outsourced catering, "they can't get them motivated to do their job". Said it was a problem they had no answer for at this time and it was a HUGE issue.

I remember the response was that with only 2 catering companies, they have little motivation to improve their service.
