Actually, 6 months after we voted the iam in, they got a ta and slashed our pay 8% from $17.88 down to $16. But it was contingent on every other group passing the 8&. The pilots rolled but thank God the stews voted against it. That canceled our ta. Then in 98 they brought back more bullcrap and claimed we had to give up catering. We shut that down as well. They managed a take it or leave it contract in 99 that tossed 65 stations away but they gave us a $20.08, big wage increase, so most peep voted yes. No protections either. Ended up hosing pit as well.

Im tellin ya, $30 is an unfortunate 95% slam dunk regardless of any concessions. The union leadership is also aware of this. Just speaking for fleet, not sure about mx. Even my hardcore union friends say that people really dont care other than the cash and bonus. And nobody reallly believes in the union as its pretty much just a roundtable thingy now. Thats the story.
Where are the videos and I think you chased the negotiators away from this forum

When was the last time Parker had a known in advance, everyone can attend, Town Hall meeting?

Seems to me like he's been avoiding them lately?

The important thing to remember for all members, as we progress through negotiations, is to see what is said at Town Hall Meetings, regarding our negotiations, is the company's propaganda. The audience is carefully selected. Members should rely more on the input from their Collective Bargaining Representative. Based on what I'm hearing, to date, it seems the company is proposing good hourly wage up front. The devil lies in the details. The details, are the concessions proposed in other Articles of the contract. This is what makes the final agreement "cost neutral" for the company. We have seen this strategy work before. The company is sticking to what has worked in the past. Will history repeat itself? That is the question.

There was a Town hall here at LGA and everyone was welcome and all questions answered no selection whatsoever. The only editing was to make the video neat. No content was edited .

Oh hell no!! I don't even go to Cowboy bars. But Urban Cowboy I enjoyed and it even had a pretty good sound track. Boz Skaggs, Gilley, and a few others. Check some of these artist out.

By the way, that girl Travolta cheated with, I thought at the time (junior in high school) was the hottest woman I had ever seen. She zoomed right past Raquel Welch!
