JCBA Negotiations and updates for AA Fleet

Mine was old enough to not even have a picture on it.

And I’m well aware of my current “at will” status, thanks. Doesn’t change my earlier points made about voting.

Unwinable debate but many people fought, suffered and died so we could have voting rights. Maybe it shouldn’t be so easy to cast a vote when you think about it from that perspective?

Doesn’t matter anyway. According to Nelson him and his team got it in the bag.

So, no updates from Gary P on the AA side, or any weekly opinion from CB on the IAM side.
Have they been silenced. I was told yesterday that the LUS healthcare was not even being discussed
anymore. AA has made it perfectly clear ALL labor will be on the AA healthcare plan when all contracts
are finalized.

You should find someone else to get your information from.

W, are you in the room during negotiations? Me either...I don't know if it's true or not, just passing on "second hand" info. Maybe you should seek out someone who told you differently, maybe you should get a new source. If you are not in the middle of negotiations W, your info is no better than mine. I don't give a rats ass who you got it from.
But when the JCBA comes out for us to vote on, we will know for sure then. Until then, it's ALL hearsay!

Believe whoever you choose to believe sir. I could care less. The back and forth here became ridiculous a long time ago.

I hope you can accomplish your ambition to manipulate CB to respond to you here.

Good luck and enjoy your weekend.

Haven't been silenced, just waiting for sessions in February to see counter from company. LUS insurance was proposed from us to company.

Now ^^^^THAT’S^^^^ what I had heard.

Thanks for confirming Prez.

Prez heard it also. He isn't in the room. He only knows what Sito told him. He gets it second hand, and you get it 4th hand.
As I told you knuckleheads, Sito already gave up the LUS health care. Not saying that Prez is lying, he is prolly just repeating what he was told and believes it. The ramp contract was finished in August. You guys just don't listen. Even the BS that they had to wait 3 weeks for the company to analyze their 'comprehensive proposal' is BS. They took these 3 weeks off to circle the wagons and campaign to prepare for the February 10th vote. Then they go back in negotiations on February 12th. Silly dopes.

Granted, I can apprehend where you are coming from Weez since you just want a pay raise and a bonus grab and don't care about LUS health care. Sad, really.

Oh go play with yourself will you. Shoo. Run off to your FB Page and remove some more people who hurt your widdle feelings.

You know some countries REQUIRE you to vote. Something to think about.

Yes but you can,t prove chit plus you’re in an election so why should we believe you over anyone else?

Stay tuned...

Stay tuned to what? That ultimately the IAM side may be paying the same percentage of the total anticipated cost of Medical expense to the Company on average as we pay?

Of course at the end of the day that could happen. I’ve never said it wouldn’t.

But now P. Rez has told you that what was presented to the Company as a simpler way of putting it was the “IAM Medical” not the “TWU Medical”

Did your “source” let you read the Comprehensive proposal? Does he have a copy of that even?

Tim,

Were you in the room? I dont think so. So your information is just as second-hand as anyone elses. Again, I ask you for concrete proof of what you are saying. Given your conduct on your facebook pages, im sure you will ignore all calls for information and sources to back up your assertions and continue to poison the well, so to speak.

I for one, will advocate that all of my brothers and sisters stay the course during the ONGOING negotiations. I am advocating for stronger scope, same or better than LUS healthcare, and maintaining our pension. I speak for myself when I say that I will not vote for a contract that provides us with anything less.

Many people see through your bullshit as a revenge campaign and an attempt to dissmanatle the IAM from the inside. Your past comments on advocating for another union to replace the IAM and comments stating that the IAM is a "trash" union aren't going to help your case either. Why would anyone want to vote for someone like you to be our chief organizer when you have these feelings about the IAM? Do you think the employees at Boeing SC are going to vote for the IAM when Boeing management pulls out your comments about your own union? Im guessing that a Time Nelson administration would set the IAM back 20 years or more in organizing. And thats just for starters. You inability to consider opinions other than your own, inability to tolerate criticism and oppostion will do an immense amout of harm as well. If you are elected by some stroke of star-struck luck, managment in all industries that we represent will have a field day.
