Why don't you man up and post some bios and experience levels for both of your tickets. Especially the LUS folks on the DL141 ticket. You see when you're involved tim, the level of experienced, trustworthy individuals, on any ticket you had anything to do with drops to ZERO. So, Please post the bio of tony out of DCA. He is running for an AGC spot on the DL141 ticket isn't he? You see tim, if you can't back your team, why should we back you? You never put your team first. It's always when I get elected, I will fix this or that. When I get elected this or that will change. When I get elected, ect. ect. ect. You see tim, I am a local committee member, I have ZERO aspirations beyond that. I am happy being one of the many who fight on a daily basis for our members rights. But you did have a hand in putting that team of IDIOTS together.

Then I hope and pray it's on me if it means you, those that choose to run with you or those you had a hand in getting on a ticket, do not get anywhere close to being in a leadership position. The funny thing tim, none of your sheep even realize that your talking points ALWAYS start with "I will do this when I get elected". Why is that? Again your IAM Represented Medical rate costs have NOT been coughed up for the future (yet) TWU side would absolutely unequivocally LOVE LOVE LOVE to have those same rates and supports those rates continuing. STUPID notion that we would not want lower rates. ABSOLUTELY STUPID!!!!!

Anyway here’s to hoping that we are much closer to all the JCBA’s being done soon now that the Company has (reasonable) full comprehensive proposals submitted from our Negotiating teams.

I call B.S. in the IAM's response. They say they settled in order to avoid upwards of tripling the cost of attorney and court fees. B.S. IAM, like all union and company suits that get settled, when case is finished and done at the end, the party that lost always is instructed by the Judge to also pay the attorney fees if asked for by the party. So, for the union to claim they settled to avoid this is complete B.S. they settled because they knew they could no longer win the case at a certain point and they have obviously reached said point into the case. All good and well respected attorney's will always suggest their side to settle rather than have a bad decision come down in the form of a judgement. Because in a settlement, the union can claim just as they have that they are not admitting fault but are willing to settle.
This is another huge reason to not get in a union controlled pension period...

Tim can correct me if I am wrong but the IAM also entered into a “voluntary” agreement with the DOL in 2013 and over nominations procedures.

But I agree with you the IAMs response there is pitiful and in my opinion the whole notion that this should restore confidence in the plan is ludicrous.
