So the guy with 6 months gets the same bonus as the guy with 35 years...lol
There’s enough gray there to paint a fleet of battleships in that proposal

Now break that down to how much it would be worth per hour if maybe it was a 5 year deal and you’re FT?

Bonus = “I got you a dollar”

If the company doesn’t want to contribute to the pension that’s one thing but then if that turns out to be what happens then I want my money out of it.

Only 9% total as the trade off is sub par, insufficient.

Sure are a lot of weasel words in that letter!
Cant deny its got all the tree ornaments but giving up lus health and catering is a deal breaker for me and should be for any lus. Never mind the loosening up of part time caps. Well, like i said, so much for the march deal. Otoh, its hot news in ord twu. Seems people are doing cartwheels wondering where to sign.

BTW “Systemwide job protection” does NOT necessarily mean that a job will continue to remain in the city you’re in now.

Just want to make sure people understand that.

But more than twice the company cost of our current structure if fully realized.

You knucleheads dont know how to read.
Ill do the math for you.
Iamnpf annual max iam pension contribution = $2,700 for FT
Pt : $900

Remember, goober, its capped at only the snapshot work schedule. So FT = 40 hr contribution. Doesnt matter how many extra hours.

However, the 401 is not capped. Ill make maybe $130,000 this year. At 9% that means the company will put in about $12,000.

A guy who works 60 hrs a week or $100,000 a year would net $9,000.

9,000> $2,700

-1 for weez

Obviously that’s a generic writing but a definite no as written

I’ll say this now since the Company wanted to open the can of worms anyway.

It looks to me from that whole proposal to us written by the company as if they just took the entire Association counter proposal they received and chucked the entire thing in the trash can.

It looks like Johnsen didn’t even move an inch in our guys direction.

The deal lacks in job commitment but it would pass by 95% if the members voted upon it.

“Highest pay rates and premiums in the industry

Beyond the increases from August 2016 (varied between 15 – 55%, averaged 24%), increase base pay to higher than the current industry leader at signing with additional 2% increases in each following year of the contract’s duration.”

Ok this is pretty vague? American Airlines how much DOS are you offering? How many years do you want the agreement to be? 2% only?

Eh you’re kinda losing me here.

Huh? Thats laughable, i call out your lies about your "march ta".
This ta is a deal breaker for lus but im glad the company put it out to call out all your bullchit. Getting rid of catering, small stations, and lus health care is putrid.
That said, im sure the vast majority would pass it.
