I was doing charge backs also ordering all aircraft supplies ticket stock ink cartridges raing gear gloves you name it.Now the job is being done by comittee.They are having to go over to JFK and borrow

Its getting done allthough they lie a lot saying shipments on back order or went to wrong city.In all the years I dod it a shipment never went to the wrong city.It is much easier in bagroom I dont truckers calling me on my days off

Is what you did a job in your Contract that can be defended? Are you saying you’re happier in the Bagroom now?

Much easier only thing is I bumped a lot of people down I doubt its sometimg contractual. The only thing really bad and Im not kidding I dont have to use my brain for anything literally

Thank you I was doing the job for a few years Im really not interested in doing it anymore the operation doubled overnight it would be too much again thanks for the consideration

I hope this Association message not to be an indication of their negotiating skills. "We will not sacrifice or give up anything to pay for this," exactly so why would the Company give away something freely to that may very well be the tipping point to small minority of members vote? There would be no downside to a buy-out as no one will vote against the T.A. because of it, while the possibility of hundreds of votes from the short-timers because of its inclusion in a T.A.

Like just about every article and point, all becomes a bargaining chip.

Like just about every article and point, all becomes a bargaining chip.

I think what they mean is that we will not accept a deal from the Company that is sub par and has so many pitfalls just because they’re offering this $$CASH$$ grab to sell the people left behind out.

This buyout needs to be offered OUTSIDE any TA.

Actually Al I HATE going over to the SWA Thread. I HATE talking the card drive crap. I HATE the Water Cooler and I HATE Tim and his cast of kooks. I’d much rather hang my hat here and no where else on Forums except to throw some info that comes out to my Maintenance Brothers and Sisters. And finally I HATE BS. Oh and HATE the Trolls too (Even if maybe I’m one myself)
