If you start at or after 1700 hrs and before 0600 hrs, you get MRT (Midnight Skill Retention Premium), which is 50 cents.
On the "line" only. DWH midnights does not. Even though we are on the same Airport, doing the same Hangar work as dfw. Ya gotta love the twu.

The TWU / IAM Association is still in contract negotiations. Wages could change as well as other parts of the contract.

I am sure most have heard by now that SWA Pilots and co. have an AIP in place for the SWAPA BOD to vote on.  Seems like the co. all f a sudden want contracts to be completed this year.  I think what happened with you guys was a smart move by the co. (not the union, the co.) by offering you guys leading wages (at time of offer) and still remain in nego's while I'm sure UAL might have a contract by end of year (maybe) then we should have something shortly after that, then the hammer will come from UPS coming to contract terms, and there you guys are sitting pretty waiting for all to settle their contracts then BAM AA mechanics are industry leading when it is all said and done.  The temp bump in pay was for the language, or should I say the agreement by the union, in order for all mechanics work all metal.  Good luck to you guys in the rest of your negotiations...

November 4th is when the pay kicks in and two weeks after that your extra check for OT, and Field Trips since August 12th will be given.
As I understand it. The supplemental check with overtime, field trips, etc. Will be issued in January. Check GPs post on the 591 website.

Have you guys got new money in your pockets yet?

Actually, we got a supplemental check on the 26th of August, for the difference of our current pay and the increase covering through November. Our regular paychecks are supposed to have the increase starting in November.

Did I miss something, did the Ass post something somewhere about this and I missed it? It wouldn't be the first time I missed something by not paying attention. C'mon guys, correct me if Im wrong. Is it old news?  Whats the deal?

Maybe I was taking a nap when they announced it.

Today the day shift is saying that TULE might drop the 4/10's in lieu of 7 day coverage 5/8's split weekend so shift swapping can be accomplished.

Huh? Thought you guys already had 7 day coverage.

We do have 7 day coverage, but those working 5/8's are still off on weekends.

I believe that if these changes are implemented it will put everyone on 5/8's with split weekends.
