At some point the union may want to come through with a good contract, especially with the right to work being pushed as a federal law.
Cuirious to find out how many guys will continue to pay for this kind of representation if not forced to.
We thought it was bad that our negotiators were only negotiating 3 days a week; it gets worse, it was revealed at the last union meeting - that it's more like 2 1/2 days per week. These "go getters" are rolling in typically around lunch time on Mondays, and on their flights back home on Thursday afternoons. These negotiators need to get serious, and do what they're paid to do! Enough of scheduling negotiations in these "vacation destination" type settings. Meanwhile, Doug Parker is telling everybody that will listen during his townhall sessions - how hard the negotiators are working to get a deal done. We see the pilots union, and the flight attendants union being pro active - in pressuring the company to make things right. What we don't see, is our Association putting forth an effort to pressure the company to secure us a decent contract - more in line with our peers.
