Geez Docker, no need to rub our noses in it. LAA still languishes with only 5 holidays for 4 hrs pay, a shift differential of a penny, the list goes on.

No intention of rubbing anything, I will be glad to see when we are under one contract and receiving equal pay and benefits. I would have thought we would be under one contract by now.
 
Does anybody know where we can find the LUS seniority. We should be able to see theirs and they should see ours, after all we are the same union.
 
I was talking to a Charlotte mech, he wanted to sell off tulsa's assets and take that money and invest in pit CLT and phi .
 
First full week pay stub under new raise came out, LUS $42.56 base, $5.00 License Premium, $.51 Shift 2 differential = $48.07 10 Holidays, 5 weeks vacation. It will be nice to get our contract settled and get another week of vacation. The pre Thanksgiving dinner yesterday was nice in CLT, Turkey and all the fixins. Remember to give thanks for all that we do have this Holiday Season, Best Wishes to you all.

Let's not forget we have the contract we have because we have refused any kind of pay raise in2008 and 2010, because it wasn't restore and more.

Also forming the association has slowed everything down for us. I am actually glad they are taking their time, maybe deltas management can get us even more money. The association has a lot to live up to.

I have yet to meet anybody that is scared of deltas work rules.

I can only agree with you on the "taking their time" thingy if and only if we get healthy retro check in the end, otherwise the "taking their time" thingy cost us even more.
 
It`s a sad state of affairs for unionism when a non union carrier is setting the standard. Where are all the blow hard, chest thumping twu supporters? Seems they have kept a low profile with the advent of this ill thought out association. Not a peep out of them since non union Delta has been bettering them at every turn.
Anyone else notice the lack of publicizing of our updates recently? I have the twu app on my phone. There for awhile they would push a notification that there was an update, not so in recent weeks. They are also slow to post it on their fb page. It`s not surprising though. It seems there is a total lack of urgency since the raise was announced.

We got a pay raise because Doug decided to give us one, our union got more dues because they decided a long time ago that will automatically will take some when we get a raise.

In order for our union to get some respect, they're going to have to do more then ride delta airline managements coat tails.
 
So, we eating the company provided holiday grub this year?
Yes, most will eat the grub and some will not. Those that do not will ***** about those that do. We will repeat again on AMT day which by the way is Wednesday May 24th next year. The company will feel nothing and on and on we go.
 
Just a note to remind that the Overtime attached to the new raise should be distributed within 60 days from November 5th, 2016.
 
When does the guy rule on our seniority integration?
The seniority has been agreed to by the ASSociation when it first was created. The arbitrator will be ruling on crew chief seniority and other issues regarding classification. The union expects to have his decision early December.
