Is there a difference?

When I came to SWA nearly 13 years ago from AT I noticed immediately that there was a distinct difference between SWA and any other airline or aircraft mx company I had worked for. Does anyone else have any similar expieriences? I know alot of the guys I work with who came from all over , every major , and other places, have similar opinions. What say?

We work alot harder here than other places. I do see SW changing more and more into what I didn't like about the other airline.
