Is it just me thinking this or do you think that once this disaster (merger) is done (if that ever happens) that US Airways should hire a PR firm or a "real" marketing company to fix our tarnished image?????
US Airways has become such a laughing stock of the industry all around.
The company needs to leave it's "in-house" marketing strategy and make US appealing to the public that has not flown US because of our image or will not ever fly us again because they have had horrible experiences with US.
Advertising what is "coming" I don't think is going to cut it. You could put the best seats in the industry on our aircraft, but if you can't depart or arrive on time....what the hell good is it!!????
Thank you Dougie and company for destroying our airline and our image.
Even at our WORST days we were better than "your" BEST days....
Nice going!!!!!
