Where does this info come from?
Before anyone goes off filing a class action lawsuit, you should all understand that in 2003 lawsuit over James C Little's "without further ratification" agreement, it was court decided that the TWU owns the contract, can sign off on agreements, and you have no legal recourse. All you will do is tie it up in court and you will lose.

Can't the TWU Retiree just go to the Obama Exchange and get affordable health care? Why take from the fund, when the Affordable Health Care Act assist? The TWU used our union dues to elect Obama and the Democrats, so now the retiree will have health insurance without us having subsidize with the interest from our prefunding......Or did I miss something here?
