If the Majority of the Non Union DL workers, Don't want a Union, Fine.

What really bothers me, is if the Numbers are say(hypothetically) 51%..NO Union.....49% want a Union, I and I'm sure other union people on these boards feel we Union folks have a "sense" of duty, meaning trying to convince 2% of the NO's that they are missing out on a good.."$$$$$" thing. Especially in these BRUTAL economic times !

WATCH for Andersen to "TRY" to include DGL or DLG rampers into the vote, with REGULAR rampers at DL and NW., or "try" to say all rampers and UPSTAIRS people are Rampers, with the hope of DILUTING the vote.

NW Rampers NEED to watch THOSE(attempted) plays, like a Hawk !!!
 
Better yet. He could always "hang around" and try to improve his compensation and benefit package at his current place of employment! The flight attendants just made it 3% better for everyone with an election!

All U.S. frontline employees get a 3% pay increase that will take effect Tuesday, July 1. And yes, it has been scheduled for quite a while.

That statement might be worthwhile if, and only if, Delta was the only airline to close hubs. I have friend that lost his job and 17 years seniority when United shut down the Indy hangar. The union sure helped him out. :down:

I haven't heard anyone or anything about a drive. If you want a union so bad, start a drive, we all know how effective that is.

Wrong sentiment over there. This only shows that you CAN fool a majority of people some of the time. All of Jim Jones followers were wrong and Bush was re-elected!

The only thing non-union has gotten you is almost the lowest pay in the industry, THE worst benefits in the industry, and some of the highest paid execs in Georgia (with your money).

BUT, you're the Delta family! :bleh:
