Really? That's an interesting analogy. Most Americans including Delta employees are doing more work with fewer employees, yet wages, and benefits have been cut.

Better yet. He could always "hang around" and try to improve his compensation and benefit package at his current place of employment! The flight attendants just made it 3% better for everyone with an election!
Having a union is too high a price to pay to get the things he feels he has a "right" to.

How so? Please explain this using specific examples (compare/contrast medical costs, etc.).
Knowing what I know about DL's Scope and benefit costs, even after paying dues I'm coming out miles ahead every month compared to my DL counterparts.

I know, but I have a hard time letting some of the things posted go without a rebuttal. My hope is someone with an open mind may see these point/counterpoints, and come away with a more educated viewpoint.
