The data shows AA made more, does it not?
 
I have already shown AA's FAs also make more per hour.
 
And they have a JCBA.
 
the data is from 2013, well before the JCBA and also before DL FAs packed in a 16% profit sharing while AA FAs were taking cuts in BK.

and the data you cite is PMAA only. even pre-AA BK, the combined AA/US FA group made less than their DL peers.

American Airlines ROCKS. 100% rampers ALL on the same scale and from last report 73% of the collective are full time with benefits.

Oh and Southwest Airlines. They ROCK as well. Just weren't in LGA when froggy went a courtin for a job.

System wide? Not yet. On a station by station basis? In many places, yes.

How long before they get to 50% do you think?
At the rate the ramp/gate are goin', not too long. Probably longer for Reservations, simply because they already have a lower cost option in place with Work-From-Home agents.

Do they get profit sharing?
Yes.
