What's new

How much do you love LOA 93?

Well it is what it is and even with what you said it still doesn't remove the fact that the east took an unwavering extreme position. I absolutly hate to think what would have been the case if DOH was used. Would there be all this outcry to the unfairness of an unemployed furloughed pilot placed ahaed of a line holding captian???

WTH it does not matter anyway since there is NEVER going to be a joint contract. The recalls are going to cement this and 165 coming soon. Then all of the furlough guys get to help vote ALPA off the property.

"time is on our side... yes it is"

DECERT, DESERT, DECERT!!!

And see what the next round of consolidation brings you... Ala AMR - TWA!!!

NOW, that's was the GREATEST STAPLE JOB!!!

Your arrogance, inmaturity and stubborness could bring you that.

The E position wasn't any more unwavering extreme than the W position was, which shouldn't have really mattered in the end. If the list was straight doh with no conditons and restrctions, then there would have been huge outcry of unfairness from the W, and the tables would be turned, and it would be very understandable.

Any list with the proper conditions and restrictions could have been built, doh, slotting, or a combination. The problem was making the list was only baking half the cake; the lack of any real conditions and restrictions is the real problem. This was Nicolau's real failure in this arbitration. It was a complex case because of the disparity between the two groups, and it required more than just a calculator over a weekend to multiply some percentages.
