You should certainly know: "I did my time RVN 72/73"...yet you can't provide even your supposed branch of service?....Even an MOS or unit assignment?...Areas of engagement/etc?...? Thanks for the usual liberal laughs.

Mirrors have historically been around for a long time now, and are likely to remain, so I'd strongly suggest you work on having at least some slight reason to face them in the future...or just google away and feebly attempt your next lying BS....?
Hint: There's not even the slightest possibility that any decent man with combat experience in "72/73" would/could even present himself in such utterly vague and disparaging terms to a fellow of later years conflict. I thank God no one ever had to rely on you in difficult circumstances. In such, NOTHING is ever "all about me/you/anyone"...but you have no clue of that. Quite clearly, you can't even imagine any place/time/etc where one personally, simply does...not...matter. Just your people and the mission. Not your ego. Not your hopes and dreams...No part of you, even your personal survival. Oh well...sigh....You may now return to your mirror and Fantasyland, and stroke your clearly childish ego as you feel the need for. Bad news though, none of our egos actually count for anything at all in the even slightly bigger picture, not even our very lives, for that matter, but hey, enjoy whatever fantasies you can manage about the whole world revolving around you for as long as you can. Eventually having to actually Grow Up can be a be-yotch...but perhaps you can have a whole "life" where you're spared that. You've obviously got a good start there, so who knows?

I wasn't. Your fine ship likely crossed paths up north with my father, who served on USS Hancock and Midway during that era through '68, but I was just a "wannabe" snot nosed kid even much later, who, though selected for Army Warrant flight after high school '72, and then filled with delusions of grandeur and "glory"/black Stetson hats/Cobras/etc was told: "We're taking in men who've earned Warrant opportunity by boots in the mud for a tour"...Followed by more months and then "The air war's winding down, so it may be as much as six months more before we have an induction date for you"...Some were still being processed to basic/boot/etc and then Rucker, and I'll never get the timing thing there, but no matter now. I've later suspected I was saved from myself, given the then "maturity" and "awareness" level of at best a newly made door jam, "immortal/bulletproof"/testosterone ridden, wholly unaware of harsh reality and thus essentially STUPID...so, finished school in a few years and went USAF instead. Odd thing though, wasn't much my fault, but to this day I still find myself essentially apologizing to you who were there for completely missing that war.

Nobody has to deny their faith. THere are quite a few Catholics who oppose abortion, but who voted for Gore and Kerry, and who will most likely vote for Hillary. If they "denied their faith" in any way, it was voting against the pro life stance (a flawed stance BTW) of their church. But their faith is as strong as ever. And there are a number of protestants who can also think and make a decision vote for the democrat (even Hillary) - they do not need church elders to tell them what to do. And we should keep religion out of our government. That is not denying faith.
Christians can't even decide who is Christian. Is a Catholic Christian? How about Mormons.....are they Christian? If you can't figure out who is a Christian and who isn't, then you really shouldn't be making laws in this country based on "Christian" values.
