US Airways is moving from Caremark to Express Scripts next year, anyone have any opinions on which is better? Also we are moving from Anthem Blue Cross to Blue Cross of Texas.

I'm sure you will get a wide range of opinions, but I really haven't had any issues with either other than Express Scripts removing some prescriptions that were covered one year not being covered the following year. BCBS of Texas has actually been very helpful with any issues that I have had. Again, I'm sure there are some horror stories out there, but I just don't have one.

If my tax dollars mean a higher quality of life for a fellow American, then I'm happy to chip in.
Even fellow NON- Americans? Don't want to start a political fireball here, but this is a legitimate question.

Actually government is causing the rapid cost increase in insurance - remember it's a huge bill with lots of coverage companies need to apply - almost every company must increase insurance costs

If someone is here legally (citizen, green card, naturalized, etc.), then yes.
The problem is that you pay for health insurance through your payroll deduction and then you and the rest of your fellow citizens are paying again.

Is your fellow immigrant paying their fair share?
