I think it's possible labor relations would improve if Glass moved on, sans payout. I don't care if it's in his contract or not. Seeing how he doesn't care to honor employee contracts, there shouldn't be any ruffled feathers from him if his isn't honored. Sauce for the goose, sauce for the gander!
