PitBull,
What diagnoses are NOT covered in our new insurance plan? I''d like to know. I''m pretty healthy for the most part but I am getting older.
Thanks

I know that the Company has capped TMJ diagnosis to $1,000 Max. period.
In our old "summary description" page 71. It was paid (any surgery, diagnostic tests, appliances were covered, what was not covered in this old summary was "adjustments to any kind of appliance for TMJ.
We are waiting for the new "summary description" to reveiw.

Mr. NOT,
Here's a penny for your thought:
Cheap shot, and a cop out statement...
Yep! Just what mangement would say...They'd just l-o-v-e to see me exist...well, thanks for your concern with my happiness, but after 22 years here, I think who should leave are the boys who just came!
Naah, think I'll hang here for awhile and "rant".
And your right...my 2 cents is cheap...should charge more!

Hey, that was a serious question. Look, I have no affiliation with U or its employees or management. I'm not suggesting you leave, I'm simply wondering why you badmouth your company so much and seemingly dislike your job so much and don't do anything about it.
I know what it's like to work for a crappy company that makes 8 hours of your day miserable. I quit a job a few months ago because of that reason. It just wasn't worth it any more.
So, please, I'd like to know.

What thread that I have ever posted gives you the implication that I "dislike" what I do? How do I bad mouth my company? Do you know what a Company entails?
Employees, product, service.
You are only partially correct...I voice distain for this new mangement and their "lack of sacrifice" to this company. Concessions, maybe; sacrifice, heck no.
You imply you don't like the "sentiment". Should we just turn our heads and delude ourselves that this just didn't happen? We live it every single day, and it won't change tomorrow. Do we "suck it up".?...we're trying.
We haven't had the chance yet... As Labor, they broke our legs in the summer, broke our backs in the winter, and with the additonal 5% is about to break our necks and bury us...will this be survivable from the labor aspect? Perhaps for the few. Is this a dismal view? It's the "new reality", it goes with the "new resructuring plan". Has this new management team changed any philosphy on employee respect, good will, good faith? Have you heard Labor friendly...lately? Uh, nooooo.
You, have no idea what problems have been created from all of this and the lack of employee concern, and welfare from mangement. I stay to remind this management that it is the "rank and file" concessions that have SAVED this airline...they tend to forget. I suspect I will have to remind them again when the bonuses roll in.
Remember, bonuses don't have anything to do with "company performance and profits"; they have to do with "personal performance" and contract tiggers and targets. Example: 2001 was U's worst performance year, but yet the execs were entitled to bonuses and received them through the courts. Company performance and profits will be reflected in the stock price...now that's a different compensation, altogether
