Hi All -

Sorry to start a thread about this alone, but this has been troubling me (ever since they began "promo-ing" the new website) -

There doesn't seem to be a link anymore to view the entire US flight schedule in the PDF format... has anyone else been able to locate this document on the new website?

Thanks,
ISP

They've done a very good job of hiding it. Look on the page describing what you can do with mobile devices - at the very bottom is a link to download the pdf timetable. Here's the link to the timetable itself:

2 points here -

1) looks like they have done a better job than before at hiding it, because as of today the monthly schedule is no longer at the mobile devices site.

2) A totally separate question - How does someone book a codeshare or interline flight at US Airways.com? The old website (the OLD US Website) used to show all partners, codeshares, etc. For example, in 2004 I booked LGA-PHL-BGI-POS on US Airways.com (the BGI (GND) POS flight being operated by Caribbean Star). Now, you cant select a destination unless it is served by US Airways. In other words, I would not be able to book a flight to POS today on US Air.com. I will give a better example... Carlsbad CA... US Air magazine shows it as a codeshare station... you cant book anything there on US Air.com. and they used to have United flights, etc on their website... why is the functionality so limited now?

My guess is SHARES when an agent tries to use availability then get the same result. Availability in SHARES/QIK is very antiquated

1 - They just hid it somewhere else - it even makes a little more sense now. On the home page under "Book travel" select "Where we fly." On the 'Destinations' page that gives you, the 2nd item - "Timetables" - has the PDF schedule download link.

2 - I'm not sure but can make some guesses. For travel to POS, Caribbean Star is no longer listed as an airline partner (it merged with Liat and Liat is the surviving name) and the only *A carrier that offers service there from the U.S. is CO (according to Kayak.com) so maybe CO's schedule hasn't been fully loaded into the web site yet. The website doesn't even recognize POS as an airport. On the other hand, I can pull up IAD-PEK and the first options are United all the way or United/China Air connections.

What Id like to see is something you can put on your computer or laptop like united has that you input departure city and then the arrival city and it shows all the flights for that situation....

Dan
