Kathleen Leary was a financial case worker at a welfare office in Chester when she began dreaming of employment at 40,000 feet in 1979.
"I was 26 years old when I started working for USAir and I couldn’t have been happier," she said. "My mother was upset. She would cry every time I went on a trip, but my friends and I thought it was the greatest thing in the world."
