Who represents you guys is your issue, Bluff. Just pointing out Lazard has an interesting history in the airline industry, and has worked worked both sides of the street.

That said..... the topic of the thread is the 773, not bankruptcy.

There are already a couple dozen other threads discussing the bankruptcy filing.... Can I suggest that y'all continue the discussion on Lazard, scope, etc. in one of those?...

I wonder if the AA pilots are just lacking experience with bankruptcy (excepting the former TWA pilots, obviously).

DAL/NWA and UAL are both providing consulting.

This is not a "one size fits all" BK. They are all different, and the BK laws have changed since those carriers went in.
