So if this incident goes no further than 514 and doesn't become an article 32 does that mean local 514 sets a precedent as being international waters so to speak. The company can't touch employees as long as they fist it out on union property. I think this is a great idea. We can issue a challenge on the union bulletin board to a brother and if he is up to the challenge meet down at the union hall, sign a contract saying neither party is responsible for injuries incurred, and go for it.
