I guess this is a worthy lawsuit handled by worthy lawyers, but the suit against ORD is nothing but a waste of time and money handled by a greedy lawyer? Is this correct?

Metal if you look back I never questioned the merits of that suit, all I pointed out was who the lawyers were yet again and asked if the leadership of 591 "asked" their members if they should initiate the suit with their money.

I'm not going to venture a guess to the merit or outcome of that suit and obviously if all the claims are true I hope it's won in court with a vengeance.

So simply in regards to that lawsuit, good luck.

As for the equity....Sorry I do not believe those who took the early out are entitled to anything. The equity was for moving forward out of bankruptcy. Not for what was lost in the past.

The Judge was very clear that they are NOT entitled to anything but that doesn't mean in their greed and stupidity that they weren't going to appeal and drag this out even longer.

I doubt there is anyway we can get them to pay our legal fees but I would support that effort 100%

I would not be surprised if the twu actually welcomed the appeal. How else can they justify keeping our 4% for lawyer fees.
