"The factual detail contained in the SAC and its exhibits render implausible the allegation that TWU acted arbitrarily, discriminatorily, or in bad faith. Accordingly, the motion to dismiss is granted. And because the plaintiffs have not identified any cure for the defects in the SAC, dismissal is with prejudice."

YEE HAW!!
When do we get what little there's left? But I'm skeptical like DFW Gen that they will find another excuse to hold on to it or keep it all for themselves.

I read there's still a lawsuit from somebody in TUL that still needs to be decided. The Letbetter suit, which was put aside to first decide the Demetris suit.

So does that mean they distribute the rest or just find another excuse to hold it?

The Ledbetter v Local 514 is open, but with this ruling that case is probably going to meet the same fate.

It had a "stay" or hold, pending the outcome of the Demetris Case.

There is a minimum of 10%, of the 14+% held

Wow I thought they had at least a shot at the "Me Too" portion of that equity...........NOT!!!!

So a TWU lawyer and the Int'l did something right and won a case. Will the membership acknowledge a TWU win?

Not if they have agendas that aren't served by pointing out that fact.

Get ready for the twisting.

The order for dismissal has officially been appealed by the plaintiffs (Demetris).

They had up to 30 days to so, but they filed on Day 1.
