Its time to stick it to the company. They don't want to negotiate in good faith so what are we waiting for. They don't want to honor contracts and they keep delaying things by playing these delay tactics and our union leaders are laying down on the job. We need to get the East and West together no matter what our differences are and come up with a plan to stick it to Doug and his puppies once and for all. As long as we bicker and sit back and let this Jagoff and his tail lickers do what he is doing we will never get anywhere. We must denmand his respect and get our contracts at the top of the industry or TAKE HIM DOWN! NO MORE PUSSY FOOTING AROUND!!!!!!! Cooperation isn't working so lets shove it up his caboose!!!!!!!! This has to be the biggest bunch of thieves and canivers I have ever worked under in my 35 years. :down:

Don't get upset and do something stupid.
They are not thieves if you give them extra work for free, or if you agree to throw your buddy under the bus so you can take a smaller paycut than him.
Just read your contract and comply with it. Do what your training has made you capable of and let the other folks do what their contracts call for.
Quit doing extra work for free, but by all means do what you are under contract to do.
