Has anyone confirmed the suspected cause of this fire?

The TWU International, with all their resources at hand, have determined that the cause of this fire was due to Fuel, Heat, and Oxygen. A full and more detailed report (with a lot more words in it) is due out in the very near future just in case some unauthorized local reveals any details that are obvious lies.
