AAviator, Thanks for your input. "Out" times are for Crew pay and Station performance IMHO. The DOT only publishes Arrival times (14 min. or less is considered ontime). Many flights are overscheduled to offset this and I don't doubt that this might adversely affect ground folks. Bears, On time performance is measued by the D.O.T. at 31 airports. This is an "Arrival" statistic. How can the company falsify something that isn't even required to be reported?
