I'm not sure but I think the reason AFA didn't push for Lead pay on this aircraft was because we were in bankruptcy at the time or close to it.

You mean the bankruptcy where the employees bit the dust ( I could be more graphic) and the CEO's got their bonuses because they were so valuable-that bankruptcy. Maybe if a company can't afford to pay their employees to provide a service and make a profit, I'm just saying. . . they always seem to do ok at the top.
