You may want to look into how contracts work. We are not talking about licensing for merchandise. We are talking about the contract that the actors signed for the show. If there were contracts signed it is likely that each actor has a separate contract and their obligations tot he show are set down in the contract. It is also likely that A&E owns the rights to "Duck Dynasty" so any new show would have to have a new name (not a big deal I guess).cltrat said:

The show is beneficial for all parties involved. If this was not a stunt for increased rating then A&E screwed up in my opinion. They should have just putout a statement saying they do not agree with his position and he does not represent the values of A&E in any way shape or form. If it was a PR stunt, good job.
