Travis Christ should be thanking his lucky stars. He and the third-string-performing US management team have managed to survive one of the biggest blunders in aviation management history with the SHARES debacle. Employee feedback has been falling on deaf ears.

Maybe they need group hearing therapy.

Thankfully, the core of our customer base including the FFOCUS group have grabbed US managements' collective ear like a nun from the 60's. (I know, it hurts)

Twisting the ears may be a START. The IT Team apparently needs a good SWIFT Kick in the A** though. This computer system is as archaic as a Caveman carving idols on Diamondback. And the Final Report........FORGET ABOUT IT!
