And the bagroom is staffed by vendors as are all the MAT flights.

DL has vendors working along side of mainline employees and the 40% Ready Reserve which DL's stated goal is 50% making $12 an hour with no raises, no benefits and hours capped.

40% of the LGA ACS are Ready Reserve, making $12 an hour just like a vendor.

Another group being left out is Part Time. After you get past the RR then you have to count what are the percentages of regular pay PT before you even finally hit the FT status.

Here at LGA DL  Mainline ramp agents work hundreds of t DL Connection flights. Here at LGA  American Eagle flights are worked by
Envoy at a much lower pay scale ironically represented by the TWU
Not all ENVOY workers are represented by the TWU. AMR also started an Eagle ground handling unit that was unrepresented.

Buy yes the ones who are represented make less than there mainline counterparts but still far more than the average who handle regionals.

Having Envoy in the TWU is a conflict of interest . The TWU doesnt care where they get their dues from AA mainline or Envoy

So if the Envoy employee makes $15.00 per hour, then the Union makes $30.00 per month. (2 times the hourly rate per month for dues here in the TWU)

If I make $30.00 per hour coming up then the Union gets $60.00 per month from me.

Who would they rather have?

Think man, think.

Here at US everyone pays the same rate. Im saying the TWU would put up more of a fight to keep  mainline jobs if the jobs were going to be given to a non TWU entity instead of Envoy.....oh well we are getting the dues anyway. Some of you guys are so wrapped up in this IAM/TWU B/S you're not keeping an open mind. The union is a business

A union is a non-profit organization.

And of course everyone in the same classification pays the same dues rate doing the same job at their own company, whats your point?

Here it is for A&P's

Before  talking down why dont you read what I responded to WeAAz was saying they pay twice the hourly rate as the monthly dues. You basically see what you want to see I guess  you cant face the facts and speaking of dues. Is my dues money going into this ridiculous attempt at organizing DL? Id  rather you and weaazles blow it at a dog track

He has to be getting something real good from the IAM because he blows them harder than a prostitute on every post.

Your chart is showing $4,561 for US  AMT profit sharing are you sure about that? I thought everyone in the IAM gave up profit sharing. I could be wrong
though

Another red herring, I don't work for nor am I compensated by the IAM, or anyone to post, can you all come up with something new?

I received this from a DL mx I highly doubt all those numbers are accurate. And I just left an IAM represented company (BA) and they did have profit sharing.

We're all just PART numbers to the big wigs. Every last one of us. Why keep an expensive part if you can get one to do the work cheaper.

Everything is made in China or Guatemala today right?
We are just numbers to the union too. Have you never heard of a strike failing union members are fired, replacements come in. The following week the same union is trying to organize the replacements. Happens all the time take off the blinders
