Looks like IAM is doing their respective job for their Union membership as they are required to do.

I called and several others that post on this board and the office mentioned "May 14". Looks like the IAM is putting arbitration off now and instead rekindling negotiations. They realize their membership is more interested in arbitration than negotiation so in typical IAM fashion, they nogotiate.

My contract has been on the negotiation table since 2003! :angry:

Now are not we a pair Striped and Abandoned and Under Paid. PS. (don't loose that truck driving school number we may need it lol.)

Im starting to miss the desert,now that is board hu.Looking for a 3 room shack with a well and a fire pit.Free ranging chickens,and mule deer.Atleast 5 miles of the main road or closest neighbor.Work on it will ya.
Maybe the heavy checks coming back from TEMCO will go out west.Bring back double time.

Tim common sense is the Company will just stall the Transition Negotiation's until they find out where they stand with the Change of Control Arbitration, So I don't see any thing getting done on the May 22-23 negotiation. Its just more stalls, every time they stall us, they save money. Its going to take us to Bust One Off in there back side. AKA there wallet to get them to move on this!
