Dont quite know your aircraft yet do you? The EMB190 is on mainline and is not an Airbus. The EMB 170 is on Express.

Hi Hawkhunter. I have been around for 37 years and been on many different airplanes. I have such fond memories of the BAC and the Convairs!! The only one I care about now is the 767. My Mon/Tue/Wed/Thu Zurich line this month had a Thu/Fri/Sat Madrid thrown in (I guess because of the double overnights in ZRH). I am not sure what plane I commuted home on last night because I usually don't know the Saturday schedule. I usually take Southwestern back and forth to PIT. PHL was such a mess yesterday (reminds me why they should not have closed the best hub ever - PIT). But I know it was one of those mini-Airbus with two seats on each side with the Express gals. I am pretty sure I heard them call it an Embracer 190.
 
the paperwork is needed because of special meals, wheelchairs connecting flights. I always take care of the non-revs. Can't do that if you don't have paperwork. We are all under pressure by the company to leave on time. unfortunately we are so busy infighting that we are not seeing the whole picture. We are all employees. I always make time for agents, rampers, cleaners. Do I understand the pressure you are under? Yes I was a gate/ticket agent in PHL international. the pressure is horrible. The pilots can be jerks. I had one pilot call a ramper a really nasty name as the guy was doing his job. I told him off then told all the other f/a if you all can do it better go out there. Yes I am a f/a now and I am always correcting people when they make smart remarks. We are not all like that. I don’t feel it will get better because look at we are working for....
