Could AWA be announcing new Charlotte routes soon? I should note that I have no inside info, and I dont know of any such plans.....however you may want to have a look at the Charlotte Chamber of Commerce website. New members specifically. Keeping in mind this is pure rumor and innuendo of course.B)

I have not heard CLT mentioned for over a year.

USAir routes will probably not see much retaliation right now. CLT would give lots of transfers to the West Coast for AWA.

this could be the next move for AWA just in case U fails. the way it looks now Charlotte could be getting a new ariline real soon.

I would think that CLT-PHX/LAS would work fine on an A319. I think AWA has enough brand loyalty on the West Coast to make the flights work. Just my thoughts......
